A workspace is one company, with its own checks, people and escalation policies. Watching thirty customers apart? Each wants a workspace of its own. Talk to us first.
Before your lawyer asks
Three answers we would rather you had before the purchase order than after it.
- Uptime
- As is. The standard price comes with no uptime promise. An SLA is an enterprise agreement.
- Data processing agreement
- Yes, on every plan: our standard agreement comes with the Terms, no signature needed. Best can add a custom one.
- If you leave
- We keep your incidents and documents for 12 months after you stop paying. Longer than that is an enterprise agreement.
